Week 47

Sometimes, it takes a little discipline.

Week 46

On Tuesdays, little Yuna and I have fun fights to get pictures taken.

Photobucket

During the fight, she accidentally did a sit-up and was way excited.

After struggling and giggling for a few minutes, we were finally able to take an official-weekly-bunny picture.

Expensive pictures

It was a treat for me to join the family fun in Solitude.

Why expensive pictures? Because these are the pictures of our treasure's "labor moment."

Aunt Diane: "at one point Chris was laying on his back on the mountain moaning and saying 'I feel like I'm in labor.' He is a treasure. Also, take the boy shopping and buy him some jeans."

Uncle Chad: "The positioning of his legs made him look like he was in labor too."

Uncle Chad: "Chirs did the gentle slope of the bunny hill just fine but the green run on Moonbeam was a bit much. I used the only techniques I know from teaching my three to ski when they were 5--skiing backwards and bent over down hill while holding the tips of Chrirs' snowplowing skis together and helping him to turn back and forth. His long lanky legs had a devil of a time hold his skis in a snow plow. Falling was his only way to stop. Later after the birthing scene, I had him slide in behind me and put his arms around my waste so we could snow plow down the hill together. His only other option was to slide on his butt or walk."

Aunt Diane: "Chris has to show up at his Uncle Chad's funeral in 30 years and tell the story of how his uncle heroically got him down the mountain."

It was just solely hilarious. Everyone enjoyed his positive characteristics and loving nature. Thanks, Chris for making the day such a memorable one!

There is another reason why those pictures are expensive. Because, I lost my engagement ring and a wedding band while taking those pictures. I told David and his friends that we could all go hiking to Solitude when the snow melt. Anybody else interested in "treasure hunt?"

ズーチ、ありがとう!!Gift from my Japanese friend

Photobucket

A cute scarf.

Drinking milk is an exercise for Yuna. She has to prepare for the meal by sacking two fingers while staring at the object.

This is our favorite gift, yes, especially David's. Quiz cards for bath. As you can see, each card starts out with a black figure with a clue at the top.
お風呂カード。デイビッドが一番楽しんでるかも。。。笑

When it's put in warm water, its black part becomes transparent and reveals the picture behind.

I remember I had a story book with the same idea as I grow up. My parents read the story to me and I had to stay in the bathtub till the story ends. I am so glad that my friend could find one of those bath toys for Yuna.

もちろん、由奈も食べちゃう程気に入ってしまいました。

ありがとうー、ズーチ!!

Week 43

I fought that morning for two hours here and there to get Yuna to stay up for picture but no success. She was finally taken down.

Photobucket

We missed taking a Christmas family picture because all of us were way beyond the capability of a formal smile. Finally, we had an opportunity to take some, thanks to our friend, Luis.

Photobucket

It was hard to have David involve in the family fun but hey I did it!
