Peanut gallery

Today, my mother had a potluck lunch at our place. David faced 10 mid-age women and was asked a bunch of questions. To him, they might have been like a peanut gallery, but to them, he was a special guest that they wanted to be friends with. Surprisingly, David answered most of the questions in Japanese without my translation. In addition, they loved David's guacamole.

Afterwords, I visited one of my friends and while I received a massage, David played video games. We went to a nice cafe and ate shaved ice. David likes the regular strawberry flavor, so brown sugar or black honey were too fancy for him. The last 2 times we visited nice cafes, we ordered the black honey flavor since they were too fancy to have a regular strawberry flavor.



I can't believe that we are leaving in 4 days!
